Why Jade Cargill hasn't debuted for WWE yet
Jade Cargill shocked the wrestling world back in September when she left AEW, but she's yet to officially debut in the ring.
Cargill had started her wrestling career in AEW, signing back in 2020 and having her debut match that November when she teamed with Shaquille O'Neal against Cody Rhodes and Red Velvet.
In January 2022 she became the inaugural TBS Champion, going on to hold the title for 508 days before being defeated by Kris Statlander at Double or Nothing in May 2023.

Just days after her final AEW match, WWE announced that Cargill had signed with the company and would be reporting to the Performance Center for training.
But while Cargill has appeared on WWE television since signing, she's yet to have her first match.
Speaking after Survivor Series, Triple H commented on why fans haven't seen Cargill in the ring yet.

"I have no less belief in her now than I did then," he said at the post-Survivor Series press conference.
"I want to make sure that no matter what is thrown at Jade Cargill she’s ready. And, at no fault of her own, I think she was limited in that, right? So the idea is, we exposed her, we made her be seen, people are understanding, and they’re waiting, and they’re excited for her to come. When she does, it’s going to be massive.
"I just think that we’re just making sure that when she’s ready, I don’t want a pitch to get thrown at her that she’s never seen before. I want no matter what that pitch is she’s going to crack that thing out of the park," he continued.

"You’ve yet to see her do anything in WWE and yet I can probably name five or 10 people here who would go like ‘oh, that’s a dream match’ without her doing a thing. So I’m in no rush, when she says ‘I’m ready’ I’m ready."
Cargill lated responded to Triple H's comments on X (formerly Twitter), writing: "Also, like I said. It’s on MY time."
