William Chak denies dating Adrienne Chau

11 May - Hong Kong singer William Chak has denied rumours of romance with singer-actress Adrienne Chau.

Speculations of romance between the two sparked recently after the singer was spotted on what seemed to be a dinner date with the actress earlier.

The two of them were also observed acting chummy with each other. At one point, Adrienne and Willam were seen sitting together and playfully biting each other's ears.

As reported on On CC News, the singer, who attended a variety show recording in TVB City recently, stated that the two of them are close friends, denying any romantic link between them.

When asked if there is an opportunity for them to develop their relationship, William said that he thinks of Adrienne as a younger sister.

As for their behaviour that night, William said, "I was probably just drunk. We were in her restaurant and she introduced a lot of Korean friends to me."
