Wong Jing not worried about movie boycott

1 Feb - Wong Jing is unfazed with news that some Hong Kong audiences are boycotting his new movie, "From Vegas to Macau 3", according to On CC.

The film director, who is known for his criticism of the Occupy Central movement last year and deemed by many to be pro-unification, stated that there will always be people who would do such a thing.

"In today's society, you should not be worried about this kind of thing. Hong Kong's box office is only 1/25 of the whole Chinese film industry. Do you think I'm worried?" said Wong.

The director stated that the same thing happened last year, and yet his movie was still number one.

Also, Wong stated that he has no plans to shoot the fourth instalment of the movie this year.
