Marina Bay Sands is likely the most profitable resort and casino in the history of the gaming industry. So says one report, which has also suggested that the icon of the Singapore skyline might already be in decline.

MBS is nearly a decade old, and its earnings (EBITDA) has stagnated recently – and even fallen. This is likely because of an increasingly competitive gambling market in the Asia, with Macau attracting Chinese punters and even the Philippines opening its own casino resorts.
