Yahoo Poll: Are Singapore government policies too complex for the layman to grasp?

A recent commentary complained that Singapore government policies are becoming so arcane and cheem that you’d have to be a genius to comprehend them.

For example, author Bertha Henson writes: “I used to be able to chart by hand the whole CPF system on the white board in the classroom.” This is no longer the case, and this complexity means most people must rely on civil servants to interpret the rules when it comes to important things like CPF and housing and even medical care.
