It was a cruel summer for those who didn’t score a highly coveted ticket (in July) to Taylor Swift’s concert in Singapore.

However, a lucky draw on Saturday (4 November) might just be your one chance for your wildest dreams to come true.

Heartware-East Coast Youth Festival, organised by Heartware Network, is scheduled for tomorrow at the open field in front of 131 Bedok North Avenue 3.

Win a chance of a lifetime

Much like any festival, the event promises food and games, as well as a performance by local singer Shazza, but the crown jewel has to be the grand lucky draw with one lucky winner walking away with a VIP seat at Taylor Swift’s concert.

The Instagram post, uploaded on 2 Nov, didn’t identify the mega pop star by name.

Instead, they shared that participants of the lucky draw will have a chance to win a seat “to the sold-out concert by the artiste behind unforgettable chart toppers like 'Enchanted', 'You Belong With Me', [and] 'Anti-Hero'”.

The prize was initially advertised as “a seat with SMS (Senior Minister of State) Tan Kiat How” but Heartware Network clarified with TODAY that Mr Tan would not be attending the concert and the winner would chat with him before the concert instead.

If you want to qualify for the lucky draw, you need to be between the ages of 13 and 35, and pre-register with this Google form. Attendees who pre-register successfully will redeem a bingo card at the event which they’ll have to complete to participate in the lucky draw.

Heartware Network told TODAY that Swift’s concert ticket was chosen as the prize because she is “quite an icon for the youth”.

“We wanted it to be something meaningful, as an engagement opportunity with Mr Tan himself,” they added.

So if you’ve been living life under a lavender haze because you missed out on a ticket, then this is your second chance to be the lucky one.
