YouTuber LaToya Forever Introduces Son Yari in New Family Photos: 'Filled with Love and Excitement' (Exclusive)

LaToya Forever is opening up about settling into her beautiful blended family.

Speaking with PEOPLE as she shares exclusive family photos, the first since welcoming son Yari, the mom of four, 36, says it's been a beautiful journey welcoming the baby boy into the family.

"Having baby Yari has been a journey filled with love and excitement. My other kids are convinced that the new baby is a real-life doll or something," she tells PEOPLE.

"They're always asking to hold him, feed him, and even change those diapers. It's as if we've got an at-home daycare service right here!"

LaToya shares Yari with fiancé Slick Two Three (born Earl Barlow). Barlow is dad to two older kids — daughter Sailyn and son Raylun. The online personality is also mom to daughters Ayah, 4, and Samia, 9, and son Zayn, 7, all of whom she shares with ex-husband Adam Ali.

Yari's big brothers and sisters' latest "hot topic" has been debating his hair, which the 3-week-old can be seen to have plenty of in his sweet photos.

"They're always like, 'Where did Yari get all that hair from?' My little one, Ayah, is totally obsessed with it," LaToya shares.

"She's always trying to brush and style it, and she even attempted to put beads in there!" she laughs. "People, they keep asking me if I had heartburn during my pregnancy with Yari because of how much hair he has. I actually had acid reflux, so I guess that old wives' tale might be true in my case."

The peaceful and joyful time for the family comes after some tough stretches during LaToya's pregnancy.

"A few days after delivering Yari, I was diagnosed with post-preeclampsia for the second time. Being in and out of the hospital with this condition and taking care of a newborn baby has been difficult," she acknowledges.

"This time around, we had to rush to the hospital three times with high blood pressure scares and blurry vision. Every morning, noon, and night, I would pray to God to just see another day for my kids."

"Through this entire experience, my fiancé Earl has been my anchor," she says, adding, "I couldn’t have asked for a better partner to weather this storm with."

In December, the expectant mom was treated to a special surprise when Barlow proposed to her as the couple celebrated their baby shower with family and friends. Sharing photos from the special moment on her Instagram, she reflected on the next chapter for her family.

"Grateful beyond words for all those who made it to our baby shower. 🙏🏽💙To our incredible friends and family, your presence meant the world to us. This intimate gathering was overflowing with love," she wrote.

"Slick continuously demonstrates his love for me and my children, he's an amazing man to me and a fantastic dad to all our kids. Thank you God🙏🏽. And thank you for all of your sweet words, I love you all 💙."

LaToya and Barlow first shared their exciting baby news in June. Sharing a funny photo on Instagram, the mom squinted as she checked out two pregnancy tests in her hand.

"I forgot how to do this…is it 1 line or 2? 🤔," she captioned the shot.

A week later, she gave fans a look at her bump as she confirmed her family was growing yet again. "Pregnant w/ baby #4 😅," she wrote alongside the video.
