2PM boys in Malaysia
29 Nov – Malaysian fans had the opportunity to meet the 'Beastly Idols' 2PM, in an intimate "2PM Hi-5 Session" limited to 300 fans who were selected via a lucky draw over the weekend.
At a press conference held before the event, 2PM expressed that they were very happy to be performing in Malaysia and that their fan girls certainly surprised them with their overwhelming enthusiasm.
To the delight of the 2PM members, they were welcomed with a rousing greeting of "Selamat Datang, 2PM" by 'Hottest', a name they fondly call their fans.
The buzz of excitement at the first sight of the boys gradually quieted down while the six members began their individual introductions, but shortly after rose to fever pitch again as the organisers signaled the start of the half-an-hour 'Hi-5 Session'.
When asked as to what they think about Malaysia, 2PM member Taec-yeon said that Malaysian fans are the hottest and even thanked them for the warm reception at the airport during the group's arrival on Wednesday night, 23 November.
The group was in Kuala Lumpur for the "2PM Hands Up Asia Tour" after successfully conquering Thailand, Indonesia and Singapore. The concert was held at 8.30pm in Stadium Negara which was what fans dubbed as "the hottest night."
