We're not sure if you've heard or watched the latest National Day video parody, or the much talked about 'Fun Pack Song' spoofs, but it does seem that music parodies are popular among netizens.

While they are not a novelty — having appeared countless times on TV in the past — it is the Internet that's picking up the slack now. A simple search on YouTube alone will see some 328,000 music parody videos, with one of them — quite possibly the most popular — attracting over 81 million views.

It is amazing what some people will do if you hand them a flip cam (or, an iPhone), a song and a computer. Sit back and put on your smilin' face, as we bring you five of our favourite spoofs.

The "original unmixed, un-auto-tuned" version of Rebecca Black's new single after the now-infamous track 'Friday'. Authenticity of video unknown, but — why are we not surprised?
