CEW awards: what's hot in UK Beauty
Beauty professionals from the fields of PR, marketing, and journalism honored the best products at the UK's most important beauty awards, the Cosmetic Executive Women ceremony, on May 20.
Estée Lauder's Advanced Night Repair Eye Synchronized Complex and Batiste's Dry Shampoo both won for the second time in a row in their respective categories, but most awards recognized the newest product launches and companies.
Elizabeth Arden won two prizes for Best New Self Tan or Sun Care Product (Eight Hour Cream Sun Defense for Face SPF 50) and one of the most important honors, the Best Iconic Beauty product, with its Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant.
The event, hosted at a London hotel, paid tribute to the timeless beauty of Elizabeth Taylor who died in March.
