Christy Chung's Marriage Breakdown
19 May – Christy Chung's marriage seems to be on the rocks especially since her husband Jon Yen had posted up a photo of himself on holiday in Taipei with another woman on Weibo, the Chinese micro-blogging site, reports XinMSN.
Voted as the 'Sexiest Woman in Asia' in 2000, Christy married Taiwanese music producer Jon Yen in 2003. The couple resides in Beijing, China and have two children together.
It is rumoured that Jon possesses terrible womanising habits and always heads to the nightclubs to pick up girls. Due to that reason, the couple are rumoured to have separated about a month ago.
Jon reportedly abandoned his wife and a daughter right after the separation, and has since been touring Taipei with an unknown woman.
The music producer also posted a picture of himself hugging the woman in front of Taipei 101 on his Weibo. The pair wore wearing matching caps.
That same day, Christy uploaded a photo of herself on Weibo and her two daughters with the caption "I love my darlings".
"The worst thing in this world is to love someone so much and know that he'll never feel the same way." Posted Christy a few days later on 15 May.
"Life is too short to wake up in the morning with regrets. So, love the people who treat you right and forget about the ones who do not," the actress added, raising speculations that her marriage is close to the end.
