Decrease in COE premiums except for motorcycles

Results of the latest bidding for the Certificate of Entitlement (COE) sees a decrease in premiums across all categories except for motorcycles.
 
According to the Land Transport Authority, the results for the latest bidding in December sees a decrease for cars in Category A from S$74,991 to S$73,160, and a decrease for those in Category B from S$79,300 to S$73,010.
 
Premiums for goods vehicles and buses decreased from S$55,002 to S$51,112 while those for vehicles in the open category sees a decrease from S$83,000 to S$76,901.

However, premiums for motorcycles have increased from S$1,712 TO S$1,782.
 
The total number of successful bids in the latest bidding round is 1,740, an increase from the earlier bidding which saw 1,684 successful bids.
