Donnie shows off amazing body
20 Jul – Hong Kong action star Donnie Yen's amazing kung fu body is methodically depicted in his new martial arts photo book, released at Hong Kong's annual book fair yesterday, according to Sohu as reported by May Daily website.
The book combines poses from various schools of martial arts and some of the photos were taken at the famed Shaolin Temple.
The 47-year-old is proud of his ripped body, saying: "Money can't buy this!"
"No pain, no gain," he added, saying the secret to cut abs and bulging biceps was working out and avoiding certain foods.
Donnie allegedly said he will donate the book to Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese libraries so children can appreciate the benefits of kung fu.
