By-election antics at Punggol East

Besides the four party candidates, Nomination Day saw the appearance of two very familiar faces. We’re talking about repeat wannabe runners Ooi Boon Ewe, 71 and traditional medicine practitioner, Zeng Guoyan who never fail to turn up at every Nomination Day - adding a colourful touch to otherwise intense electoral proceedings.
