The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok close to selling out

Over 75 percent of units at The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok (pictured) are now sold, with only 13 four-bedroom luxury residences still available less than a year after its global launch.

With a number of design awards received, The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok has become a sought-after residential address in Bangkok.

"This window of opportunity to experience Bangkok through the world's most prestigious luxury brand is closing sadly," said James Knowles, Vice President for Sales & Marketing, Residential Property at Minor International PCL, the project's developer.

"With its incredible location in the centre of the world's most dynamic city, the exquisite architecture and design and access to the world-renowned St. Regis Hotel's bespoke services, The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok offer the ultimate luxury urban property for high-value buyers looking for a primary or secondary residence," added Knowles.

The 45-story property offers 53 private high-end units with sizes ranging from 325 sq m to 920 sq m. The residences comprise three- and four-bedroom units, deluxe penthouses as well as duplex penthouses that come with private pools.

Inclusive of the penthouses, over 75 percent of the project is now sold. The 440 sq m four-bedroom residences still available are located on its 29th to 39th floors.

The Residences at The St. Regis Bangkok provides access to the complete suite of luxury hotel amenities and services offered at St. Regis Bangkok, which is located next door. These include a number of quality restaurants and Thailand's first Elemis Spa. Related Stories: London continues to attract property investment
