Hakka association puts 13 semi-d houses up for sale for $38m
Fong Yun Thai Association, the umbrella body for three Hakka clans in Singapore, has put up 13 strata-titled semi-detached homes at Eleven @ Holland for sale via an expression of interest with a guide price of $38 million, reported The Business Times citing marketing agent WTG Property.
The price works out to around $2.93 million for each house, said WTG Property marketing director Chai Chin Yun.
“A semi-detached house in District 10 below $3 million is very attractive. With ready tenancy, high net worth Singaporeans looking to diversify their investment portfolio could consider this,” said Chai.
Completed in November 2014, Eleven @ Holland is a 99-year leasehold project located along Holland Link road in Bukit Timah and comprises 82 semi-detached homes. It is also a short drive from local and international schools, including Methodist Girls’ School (Primary), Methodist Girls’ School (secondary) and Hwa Chong Institution.

Each house has three-storeys, an attic and a basement that could accommodate two private parking lots. There also come with five ensuite bedrooms and private lift access to every level.
Since most of the houses are currently tenanted, the sale will come with existing tenancy.
WTG Property also said that only Singaporeans can acquire the portfolio of homes given that it is a landed project.
The marketing agent also noted that the future Holland Plain developments – which was formalised under the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s Master Plan 2019 – will primarily feature low rise residential development with green corridors, complementing the surroundings of this project.
The expression of interest exercise for the semi-detached houses closes on 17 January 2020.
