Ajax U15's win Man Utd final

Ajax Cape Town beat SuperSport United 2-1 in the final of the South African leg of the Manchester United Under-15 Nike Premier Cup 2012. The result saw the Urban Warriors qualify for the Manchester United Under-15 Nike Premier Cup world finals to be held in Beijing, China, where 20 clubs from across the world converge from the 22nd to the 25th of July, 2012. The tournament, held at the Nike Football Training Centre, in Klipspruit, Soweto was contested by eight of South Africa's top U15 teams. They are: Ajax Cape Town FC, Bidvest Wits FC, Diambars FC, Izichwe FC, Mamelodi Sundowns FC, Orlando Pirates FC, School of Excellence FC and SuperSport United FC. Ajax Cape Town got their tournament off to a great start with a 1-0 win over last year's champions Orlando Pirates and followed it up with a 2-0 win over Izichwe FC. The Capetonians beat SuperSport United 1-0 in their last game of the group stage. Ajax beat Diambars FC 2-1 in the semi-finals to continue their march into the final. The final was a replay of the last group game between Ajax Cape Town and SuperSport United with the Urban Warriors ending the tournament victorious to maintain their unbeaten run, thereby booking their place in the world finals.
