Amanda Seyfried to star with Clive Owen in sci-fi flick 'Anon'
Amanda Seyfried has been cast to star opposite Clive Owen in a sci-fi film set in the future when the notion of privacy and anonymity have gone extinct.
In the film "Anon," to be directed by Andrew Niccol, Owen plays a detective who meets a young woman (Seyfried) who mysteriously has no digital footprint and is invisible to the police.
The casting reunites the actress with Niccol, who directed the 2011 thriller "In Time," which also starred Justin Timberlake.
Shooting is set to begin this summer.
