Angelina Jolie Wins Tony Award for ‘The Outsiders’ in Versace, Coordinates Look With Daughter Vivienne on Red Carpet

Angelina Jolie was joined by a special guest for her appearance at the 2024 Tony Awards on Sunday in New York City. The Oscar-winning actress attended the awards ceremony alongside her youngest daughter, 15-year-old Vivienne, who served as a production assistant on the Tony Award-winning musical “The Outsiders.” Jolie also won her first Tony Award as a producer on the musical.

For the occasion, Jolie and her daughter wore complementary looks. Jolie fashioned a strapless gown with ruched fabric by Atelier Versace in a shade of teal. The gown also came with a coordinated shawl to complete the monochrome look.
The dramatic gown featured ruched and gathered fabric elements along the waist and bodice of the dress. Soft fabric was also draped over the skirt, accentuating the dress’ sculpted look and theatrical appearance.
Jolie paired her Versace gown with a few bracelets and simple earrings. The actress and philanthropist’s dress showed off the tattoos on Jolie’s arms. She also had a small gold bird stenciled on her chest, just above the neckline of her gown. Her long, auburn tresses were styled with a hint of a soft wave, and her makeup featured a bold, smokey eye and soft lip.
As for Vivienne, the 15-year-old wore a white button-down shirt with a pair of trousers, vest and bowtie in the same shade of green — which perfectly complemented Jolie’s ornate gown.
Vivienne completed the look with a pair of sneakers, keeping her ensemble simple and youthful. While this might be among the first times the mother-daughter pair have coordinated their respective attire for an event, it’s not the first red carpet they’ve attended this year.
Jolie and her daughter suited up for the opening night of “Reefer Madness: The Musical” in Los Angeles last May. Prior to the May event, the pair attended the Broadway premiere of the musical “The Outsiders” in April, demonstrating their proclivity for fashion once again.

Alicia Keys and Jay-Z performed “Empire State of Mind” at the 2024 ceremony, which saw Ariana DeBose reprise her role as host. Notable presenters included Jolie, Idina Menzel and Nick Jonas.
