Tay Kah Poh will serve as executive director and head of consultancy and assume the role of interim head for the company’s residential sales and leasing division until a new head is named. In his new role, he will advise clients on appropriate strategies to optimise their real estate investments.

Previously the company’s director and head of consultancy and research, Alice Tan will take on the role of director of residential project marketing. She will work together with residential project sales head Edison Ong to focus on client services, business development and secure developer project appointments.

“We’re always looking for ways to improve the business and strengthen the depth and breadth our services to clients, and I’m confident these new appointments will allow us to do that more robustly on all fronts,” said Danny Yeo, Knight Frank Singapore’s chairman and group managing director.
