Aug 2021 Tampines BTO Review: Value-for-Money BTOs in a Mature Estate

In August 2021, Tampines will be one of two estates (the other being Hougang) that will have two BTO projects launched within the same estate. Known as Tampines GreenQuartz and Tampines GreenJade, the projects are one of three mature estates offered in August besides Kallang and Queenstown.

Of the two BTO launches, Tampines GreenQuartz is the bigger project, comprising a total of 1,613 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats. Meanwhile, Tampines GreenJade has a total of 546 units of 4-room and 5-room flats.

Together, both projects will offer 2,159 units in total, the highest number of units in the August launch.
