Announcing this wonderful news via Instagram today (April 1), she wrote alongside a bunch of intermingled heart emojis: "Introducing, Matilda Carmine Richie Pelphrey, the new light of our lives!
"We are overjoyed and grateful for this little miracle. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, family and friends who have helped us immensely over the last few days.
"We are blessed beyond belief @tommypelphrey didn't think I could fall even more in love with you, but I did."
Included in Cuoco's post was a gallery of adorable photos, with little Matilda soaking up all the love from her proud new parents.
"Ahhhhhhhh baby Matilda!!!!! She is precious!!! Congratulations!!!!!!", "She's perfect!! So so happy for u congrats!!", "Matilda!!! She's beautiful! So happy for you three. Sending so much love and light" and "Aaaahhh!! CONGRATS! so so happy for you," read a handful of comments.
Meanwhile, fellow The Flight Attendant face Michelle Gomez congratulated Cuoco with: "So happy for you!! Well done Mamma bear."
Back in February, the American actress opened up about her non-existent preparation for motherhood.
"I have no plan and I've read zero books, so that's the type of mum I will be," she told Entertainment Tonight. "All the ways I'm not like a prepper. I'm just not that way. It's gonna be great, I trust the process."
On her Ozark star partner's polar opposite approach, Cuoco went on to reveal: "Tom has Googled enough for the both of us. He could probably deliver this baby at this point. I'm just like, 'It's gonna be great'. But that's how I've gone through life."
