Bradley Cooper Shaved Only a Section of His Beard and We Have Questions

Is Bradley Cooper debuting a new facial hair style?

On Monday, June 10, the Oscar nominee was spotted in New York City showing off a new look.

The Maestro actor/director, 49, was seen in the city with an unusual-looking beard. Cooper’s new look included a full beard, but with one key element missing—the chin area! The A Star is Born director shaved the portion below his lower lip and his entire chin, leaving his cheeks, mustache, and sideburns neatly groomed. He was seen in a casual ensemble: a pair of light-wash straight leg jeans, an embroidered short sleeve black button up and a pair of Nike Air Jordans.

Cooper’s latest look begs the question, could this be for a role? Or is he debuting a new unique way to shave?

Cooper was recently seen on Friday, June 7, rocking a full beard while walking the city streets, proving his new facial hair is a recent transformation.

Prior to recent photographs, Cooper joined Eddie Vedder — who famously inspired his A Star Is Born character Jackson Maine — on Saturday, May 25, onstage at BottleRock Napa Valley food and music festival in Napa, Calif. for a surprise duet of "Maybe It's Time" from the 2018 film.

"Please, would you join me in welcoming to the stage my great, great pal Bradley Cooper," the Pearl Jam frontman, 59, told the crowd during the band's headlining set at the music festival in a fan-posted video.

Cooper arrived on stage, promptly gave Vedder a kiss on the cheek and sat onstage next to him as he strummed the acoustic guitar as the pair traded verses.

That same day, the Silver Linings Playbook actor got behind the grill to make his famous Philly cheesesteaks, which were also approved by Gigi Hadid!

The supermodel, 29, who has been romantically linked to Cooper since October 2023, was spotted devouring the regional dish on the second day of the Napa Valley music festival.

The day prior the couple were spotted dancing together in the audience during Stevie Nicks' performance, as seen in a fan-posted video on X (formerly Twitter).

Cooper and Hadid were in the VIP section, and as they held hands, they swayed to Fleetwood Mac's "Dreams," according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
