Brie Larson attended day three of the Filming Italy Festival 2024 held on Saturday in Santa Margherita di Pula, Italy. Larson received an award during the event, along with fellow actress Rosario Dawson.
For the red-carpeted event, the “Captin Marvel” star wore a pair of black mules with a dainty twist. The slip-on breezy mule style featured jet-black uppers featuring a glossy finish along with open pointed toes adorned with bow detailing. The set was completed with 1 to 2-inch stiletto heels, offering the thespian a subtle boost.
The style is exceedingly popular, especially during the warmer months. The classic silhouette is perfect for both red carpet and casual occasions. Given its simple slip-on construction, the mule has acted as a canvas for many footwear designers, allowing for creative adornments and unique colorways that push the boundaries.

Going for a vintage look, Larson wore a silk John Galliano dress from 2005 in a maxi style. The garment featured sheer mesh paneling and floral adornments in white and rhinestone detailing that offered the gown an eye-catching shine.
