Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood will be returning to the stage this festive season.

The dance judge will be leading the cast of Peter Pan: The High-Flying Panto Adventure at the Milton Keynes Theatre from December 6, 2024 until Sunday, January 5, 2025.

The theatre promises: "With amazing special effects, stunning sets, beautiful costumes and barrel-loads of laughter, Peter Pan will take your whole family on a magical trip like never before, in the company of your favourites from Never Land including Tinker Bell, Wendy, John and Michael Darling and Nana."

Naturally, Craig is playing Captain Hook — complete with glittery pirate kit that wouldn't look out of place in the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom.

The dance icon has plenty of experience starring in panto, including playing Captain Hook before in Peter Pan at The Orchard Theatre and The Evil Queen in Snow White and the Seven Dwarves in Wales.

Last year, Craig appeared at the New Wimbledon Theatre as the Wicked Stepmother in Cinderella opposite Britain’s Got Talent semi-finalist Alison Jiear as the Fairy Godmother and Call the Midwife's Cassie Compton as Cinders.

He will also presumably return to Strictly Come Dancing on the judging panel later this year, and he has revealed Simon Cowell is his "dream" contestant.

Strictly Come Dancing will return later this year on BBC One, while spin-off Strictly: It Takes Two airs on weeknights on BBC Two. Both shows are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.

But there's just one problem: 'Swiftonomics' is not real.""I decided to do a case study in Stockholm. Stockholm is one of the places where Taylor Swift has already come through. The concerts were in May. We already have some real numbers. And I thought Sweden would tell us if this benefit is actually there. And you know, there is a benefit. Something like 180,000 people attended her three concerts in Stockholm, and that generated about 850 million Swedish crowns of revenue, that would be about $81 million.""That sounds like a lot of money, but it's actually not.
