Sarah Nicole Landry is receiving praise for her honest post about self-love and body confidence.

The Canadian Influencer, also known as The Birds Papaya, took to Instagram on Monday to share a body positive video that encouraged followers to "come home" to their natural bodies.

In the video, the mother-of-four faced the camera to show off her postpartum figure — stretch marks, cellulite and all — in a black bra and panty set. Landry oozed confidence as she ran her fingers through her blonde locks and smiled at the camera.

In the caption, the Guelph, Ont.-based content creator credited poet, speaker and "soul-filled content creator" Arielle Estoria, who created the video's audio.

"Audio / words / permission by the lovely and amazing, everyone-should-follow Arielle Estoria ... homecoming," she wrote in the caption.

"People will often ask me. Where did you get all that confidence from? Or how are you so confident? And a lot of times I think confidence doesn't have anything to do with it," read the video's on-screen text. "It's just that I finally came home to a body I thought for so long was not worthy of being cherished or worth coming home to a body that I didn't know how to live in. So no, I don't call this confidence, I call it a homecoming."

"The Papaya Podcast" host's video was well-received by fans, who praised her vulnerability and empowering message.

"This is so special because it's made me love and respect myself a little bit more," a fan told Landry. "Today, I will try to 'come home' to myself and my body."

"I love this message so much. No more feeling like you’re not good enough. We deserve to feel at home in our own skin!" commented another follower.

"I needed this. Thank you for your honestly, transparency and vulnerability. This is an important message that everyone should understand," added another.

"You are an inspiration that is liberating and helping women everywhere," said another fan. "I hope you know just how inspiring and empowering you are."
