Cedric Lee admits Vina Morales has filed charges

The businessman confirmed with some sense of humour that he can hang out with his former fellow inmates

23 Sep - Businessman Cedric Lee has confirmed reports saying that ex-girlfriend Vina Morales has filed several charges against him.

As reported on PEP, previously, it was alleged that Morales has filed charges of kidnapping, illegal detention, and violation of the Anti-Violence Against Women and Their Children Act of 2004 (VAWC) against him and his sister, Bernice.

However, the singer could not be reached by the media for her response.

Lee, on the other hand, confirmed the reports when contacted by the media regarding the rumours, saying, "Yes, it was just confirmed. She has filed kidnapping charges against me and my sister. We will just wait for the warrants to be issued so we can surrender ourselves to the authorities."

He added with a humour, in reference to his previous detention in a case against Vhong Navarro two years ago, saying, "I can hang out with my fellow inmates in jail. I missed them. Tell Vina, she should call me the Flower of City Jail."

The issue between Morales and Lee started after she accused him of violating court-approved visitation rights by taking their daughter Ceana away for nine days while she was away on vacation with new boyfriend, Marc Lambert.
