Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is one proud pop.

The Jumanji star is known for sharing sweet photos he’s taken with (or of) his daughters, 16-year-old Simone Garcia Johnson (with ex Dany Garcia) and Jasmine Johnson, his 2-year-old daughter with current girlfriend Lauren Hashian. And now he has a third daughter to brag about on social media because he and Hashian have welcomed their second child together, baby girl Tiana Gia.

I was raised and surrounded by strong, loving women all my life, but after participating in baby Tia’s delivery, it’s hard to express the new level of love, respect and admiration I have for @laurenhashianofficial and all mamas and women out there. Word to the wise gentlemen, it’s critical to be by your lady’s head when she’s delivering, being as supportive as you can.. holding hands, holding legs, whatever you can do. But, if you really want to understand the single most powerful and primal moment life will ever offer – watch your child being born. Its a life changer and the respect and admiration you have for a woman, will forever be boundless. And to my third and youngest daughter, Tiana Gia – like I did when your two older sisters Simone Alexandra and Jasmine Lia were born, you have my word, I’ll love, protect, guide and make ya laugh for the rest of my life. The Rock showed his dedication to fatherhood during Halloween in 2016 when he put on a Pikachu costume because he’s Jasmine’s favorite character.

Pikachu is baby Jasmine’s FAVORITE character. So, for Halloween me and @laurenhashianofficial decided the real life Pikachu was gonna come to the house for a visit. What Pikachu didn’t know was that Jazzy would start crying when he stopped dancing and demanded he continue to shake his tail with a loud “EH!”. So, Pikachu danced over.. and over.. and over.. and over… and over.. again. By the time I dropped my 197th JuJu, the heat of this costume was kickin’ my ass. He taught his daughter important life lessons in this precious photo.

There are mornings in life where there are no words.. this is not one of those mornings. Jazzy, let daddy tell you his goals. By 5, you’ll be looking people in the eye when you firmly shake their hand. By 8, you’ll know how to fish, drive daddy’s pick up truck and do cardio. Feels like just yesterday I held her tiny body in my hands the day she was born as I whispered “I’m gonna love and take care of you for the rest of my life”.
