City Harvest Church, TTSH kopitiam among 29 new places visited by COVID cases

SINGAPORE — City Harvest Church, Healthy Kopitiam at Tan Tock Seng Hospital and the UNIQLO outlet at Orchard Central were among 29 new places visited by COVID-19 cases while infectious recently.

The Starbucks outlet at Nanyang Technological University and The Summit at the National University of Singapore Bukit Timah Campus were also visited by the cases.

The 29 places were visited from 15 April to 27 April, according to the Ministry of Health (MOH) report on COVID-19 cases in Singapore on Thursday (29 April).

The MOH confirmed 35 new COVID-19 cases in Singapore, taking the country's total case count to 61,121.

Sixteen of them are local cases in the community while the remaining 19 are imported. This marks the fourth day in a row with reported local cases and the highest daily count of community cases since 24 community infections were reported on 11 July last year.

Among the community cases, 15 are linked to previous infections – a fully-vaccinated nurseat the Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH) and an Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) officer– and one is currently unlinked.
