Alley of Light - Amsterdam Light Festival
Discover the "Alley of Light", an interactive installation by Dutch-based design offices Serge Schoemaker Architects & Digiluce created for the 2014/15 Amsterdam Light Festival. The four meter-high passage comprises a matrix of 2,000 handmade lights.

Charity tree - Christmas installation 2014
Hungarian art initiative Hello Wood has created a Christmas tree in Budapest from 5000 pieces of firewood. The 11 meter-high installation will be dismantled in January and the wood donated to families in need in January.

Derby the dog: Running on 3D Printed Prosthetics
When dog lover Tara Anderson adopted Derby, a puppy with deformed front legs, she knew she had to help him. So the director of CJP Product Management at additive manufacturing company 3D Systems decided to make him a pair of 3D-printed prosthetic paws.
