Eddie Peng falls in love with cycling
3 Aug - Eddie Peng admitted that working on Dante Lam's sports film, "To the Fore", has made him fall in love with cycling.
According to a report on HK Top Ten, the actor, who attended a press conference of the aforementioned film in Beijing recently, revealed that he used to watch other people cycling and wondered why they chose it rather than other sports.
"But after making this movie, I completely fell in love with it. The sun and the wind that one feel while driving cannot compare to when one cycles," said the actor.
He also revealed that he has begun to understand the world of professional athletes since training with them for the movie.
"Only through their own training programme was I able to experience how they think in various situations," said Eddie.
His love for cycling has also won him the title of Chinese Goodwill Ambassador of the 2015 Tour de France recently - the first ever given to a celebrity from Greater China.
