Effective measures to be adopted to control air pollution in Delhi, neighboring States: MoEFCC

New Delhi, Sep 23 (ANI): The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC) Secretary Rameshwar Prasad Gupta on September 23 said that they are examining the WHO report and their effort is to reduce air pollution to meet the old standard first and then the new guidelines. “At a review meeting led by Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav, environment ministers of Punjab, Haryana, UP, Delhi were asked about effective measures adopted to control air pollution in their states, with a special focus on stubble (burning),” he said.
