It's honeymoon time! The two stayed at the Amangiri Resort in Canyon Point, Utah, to celebrate being husband a wife, with Emily sharing an insight into their holiday on Instagram.
Emily shares more detailed about the proposal and wedding with Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show. "He proposed to me at Minetta Tavern [in New York City], and he didn’t have a ring so I was like, 'Mmm, nah,'" Ratajkowski said. "And then he took the paper clip that the bill was paid with and made me a ring, which I actually thought was really romantic."
The pair are photographed kissing at the US Open Tennis Championships:
Emily responds to criticism of her wedding, insisting the nuptials weren't rushed because the pair have known each other for years. "We knew each other for a long time before and he likes to joke ‘yeah everyone thinks we got married quickly, but you vetted me for two years,'" she told Busy Tonight.
One year married! To celebrate their first wedding anniversary, the model shared a glimpse at her ring on Instagram, as well as a gallery of photos from the big day. "One year ago today, we headed down to city hall with some of our closest friends. What a year it’s been. Marrying you has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Happy year ☝️!"
She also wrote "one year ✨" alongside a topless snap.
Emily defends Sebastian over a The New York Post report which claims he owes his landlord $120,000 (£90k) in rent. She wrote on Twitter, "I’m proud he’s fighting the good fight against a real estate conglomerate that bought the building he lives in for 40 million and has continued to spread misinformation on its tenants in order to profit. NYC has changed so much and it’s a shame that people who work in creative fields are being moved out of the city."
The couple adopt a dog, sharing the sweetest introduction to Colombo on social media. "Everyone out here having babies (Kim, Megan, Amy) but we got a new special guy ourselves. It’s a boy! Meet Colombo," Emily put.
Sebastian and Emily attend the Film Independent Spirit Awards, where the film he produced, Uncut Gems, is nominated for best feature.
The pair are spotted out and about in West Village, New York City, with their dog Colombo, and take their masks off to share a kiss.
Surprise! The pair are expecting their first child together. Two and a half years after tying the knot, a baby Bear-McClard is on the way. Ratajkowski spoke candidly about the pregnancy in an essay in Vogue about gender and being a parent, writing, "When my husband and I tell friends that I’m pregnant, their first question after 'Congratulations' is almost always 'Do you know what you want?'
"We like to respond that we won’t know the gender until our child is 18 and that they’ll let us know then," she writes, adding that the couple is much more interested in "who—rather than what—is growing inside my belly. Who will this person be? What kind of person will we become parents to? How will they change our lives and who we are?"
