Fashion films of the week: Petit Bateau, Prada, Margiela & Mykita

A shoppable video for a Petit Bateau capsule collection, Léa Seydoux and flowers feature in a new Prada scent short, and cool dreamy imagery for the Mykita-Margiela collaboration: here are the finest cuts from the world of fashion film over the past seven days.

Petit Bateau

The French brand celebrated its capsule collection with Finnish designer Satu Maaranen, the winner of last year's Hyères festival, with this cool shoppable video released via Nowness. Directed by Julien Pujol and Antoine Asseraf, it shows off Maaranen's cool prints, and explores the theory behind the clothes.

Prada

Starring French actress Léa Seydoux, this short film by Steven Meisel was released to celebrate the Italian brand's latest female fragrance, Prada Candy Florale, and follows on from the last Prada Candy L'Eau ad directed by Wes Anderson. Soundtracked by Pierre Henry's "Psyche Rock," it's a fun little short.
