Our favourite Maître d' Fred Sirieix is back playing cupid in the First Dates restaurant for a brand new series, and what an opening it was.
Tonight's (October 1) episode featured Nikita and Rhys, both from Wales and who seemed to have a lot in common as they hit it off straight away.
In fact, Rhys seemed so comfortable with Nikita that he revealed he had a tattoo in a very intimate area and without any prodding at all, he showed it to Nikita and waitress Laura Tott who had just popped over to take their order.
The magic of editing meant that none of Rhys's naughty bits were on show for viewers at home, but he revealed that he had "lucky girl" tattooed just above his penis.
Now, while the two ladies were quite surprised by the big reveal – Nikita admitted "my eyes are burning" – it seemed that Rhys didn't really think about other diners when he decided to unzip his trousers as a guy on the next table seemed to get quite a shock.
Can’t stop laughing at the guy’s face behind her, he’s like wtf...😂🤣😂🤣 #FirstDates— Teena Massam (@teenamassam) October 1, 2020

Though there were some viewers who thought that sort of thing really should be kept hidden, especially when people are trying to eat.
It took less than 15 minutes for #firstdates to deliver its first jawdropper of a cringe moment and remind us why lack of human contact during Lockdown wasnt necessarily a bad thing. Fred and the gang, how we’ve missed you.— Craig Laws (@CraigLaws) October 1, 2020
For many, showing such an intimate part of your body in a restaurant before you've even ordered your main course might be a bit off putting, but it didn't seem to make Nikita escape out of the loo window.
Both of them agreed to see each other again and were filmed going away in a cab to find some tequila – good times had by all.
Well, except the guy on the table behind.
First Dates airs on Channel 4.
