France says Myanmar massacre could constitute crimes against humanity

UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - French U.N. Ambassador Francois Delattre told the United Nations Security Council on Tuesday that a massacre of Rohingya Muslims in Myanmar reported by Reuters "could constitute crimes against humanity," and called for the release of two Reuters journalists detained in the Southeast Asian country.
