This is the GHI’s best budget pressure washer
The warmer weather is finally here and that means spending more time outside in the garden (especially as we can start meeting in groups in gardens from next week, too). So, before you bring out the barbecue, you might want to give your garden furniture and the patio a quick once-over with a pressure washer to spruce them up for the season.
While some models can cost up to £400, the GHI has been hard at work testing the best pressure washers — and one of its top performers comes in at just under £80.
The Karcher K2 Compact pressure washer is a basic machine with few attachments, but it nonetheless impressed our panel with its powerful spray that fanned out a decent width. It’s compact and lightweight, which makes it both easy to store and maneuver while in use.
While the team said that it might not be the best option for those with huge gardens looking to carry out lots of heavy-duty jobs, they felt it would be an ideal choice for those wanting to give their smaller patios, garden seating and barbecues a good blast to wash away any winter dust and dirt and get them looking good-as-new.
