Gypsy-Rose Blanchard Ditches the Blonde and Dyes Hair Back to Brunette: ‘My Natural’

The 32-year-old shared a glimpse at her latest hair transformation on both Instagram and TikTok on Monday, June 3

Gypsy-Rose Blanchard is switching up her hair once again!

Blanchard shared a glimpse at her latest hair change with a new selfie on Instagram and a short TikTok video on Monday, June 3.

In the 32-year-old’s Instagram post, she shared a closeup selfie of her new natural look, and captioned the post: “Went back to my natural 💗.”

Meanwhile, on TikTok, she shared a video shaking out her new short haircut and darker locks, with the same caption as her selfie.

Her latest transformation follows her three previous hair changes this year. More recently, Blanchard rocked the blonde look, and before then she had golden blonde highlights. Before she ventured into dying her hair, her first major hair change up was when she chopped off eight inches — which she later donated to a charity.

Along with changing her hairstyles, Blanchard also underwent plastic surgery earlier this year and had a rhinoplasty in April.

During a May 15 GRWM (Get Ready with Me) video on TikTok she revealed she doesn’t want pursue other plastic surgery procedures.

“I honestly don’t,” Blanchard said. “I am very happy with everything else that’s on my body — I’m happy with my figure. I have a very womanly figure. I have curves, I have boobs. I’m very proud of those.”

She added, “I would not change anything about myself — anything else about myself other than the nose job that I had, and I’m done.”

Blanchard’s use of social media has been intermittent since her Dec. 28 prison release. She was released early and served seven years in prison after she pleaded guilty to her role in the killing of her abusive mother, Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard.“

Blanchard shares her new look on the same night that her new Lifetime series, Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up, premiered.

During the first episode, the series takes viewers behind the scenes of Gypsy-Rose Blanchard's prison release and the first night she shared with her now-estranged husband, Ryan Scott Anderson. The pair revealed to a producer during the episode that they “got to consummate [their] marriage."

The now-former couple first tied the knot in a jailhouse ceremony in July 2022. After Blanchard's prison release, Blanchard and Anderson were living together for roughly three months in Louisiana before they separated.

Since their separation, Blanchard has reconnected with ex-fiancé Ken Urker, and reached out to him for support.

She previously told PEOPLE: "Ken and I reconnected as friends. It wasn't like, jump out of a marriage and then let me meet up with you, and boom, we're in a relationship,” adding, "We had kept a friendship for the longest time."

"Then I let myself open up to the feelings that I've always had for Ken," Gypsy-Rose continued. "Those feelings just don't die."
