H&M celebrates equality with ‘Love for All' capsule

The Swedish clothing giant has unveiled the "H&M Love For All" collection, featuring messages of love and inclusiveness. The collection lands from May 24 in selected H&M stores.

The Swedish retailer is making a stand with its "H&M Love For All" collection of men's and women's clothing and accessories bearing messages of love, equality and inclusivity, as well as the symbolic rainbow flag.

"H&M believes in everybody's right to love who they want," said Andreas Lowenstam, head of H&M menswear design in a statement. "We hope that the H&M Love for All collection helps everyone celebrate love and equality,"

The collection includes a range of T-shirts and hoodies, tank tops, crop tops, denim Bermuda shorts, sequin shorts, training shorts, sweatpants, socks, a cap and a waist pack. These feature slogans such as "Pride," "Lover Not Fighter" and "United."

The retailer also announced that 10% of proceeds from the collection will be donated to the United Nations "Free and Equal" campaign against homophobia and transphobia.

The "H&M Love For All" capsule will be available in selected H&M stores from May 24 and online at www.hm.com from May 31.
