Hilary Duff is keeping it real when it comes to mom life.
Never one to hold back from fans, the 33-year-old has been sharing snippets of her daily life as she prepares to officially welcome baby number three, who will join siblings Luca, 8, and Banks Violet, 2, in just a few short weeks.
The “Younger” star is no stranger to opening up about the more challenging aspects of pregnancy and motherhood, and in recent photos posted to her Instagram stories, Duff let her followers in on some of her top postpartum secrets.
“You know you’re about to have a baby when your bathroom is stocked like this!” Duff captioned a photo filled with assorted postpartum necessities, including the Frida mom Disposable Postpartum Underwear and Upside Down Peri Bottle.
In addition to the postpartum care, Duff also showcased a selection of soothing must-haves for breastfeeding, which she will be using as a modern alternative to a centuries-old natural remedy for pain associated with nursing.
“Oh hell yeah! No more cabbage leaves in the bra,” she wrote.
The Frida mom Disposable Postpartum Underwear, which both Duff and Perry have turned to, are also a hit among shoppers.
They’ve earned an impressive 4.7-star rating from more than 2,600 Amazon reviews thanks to their comfortable fit and breathable design.

“Postpartum recovery is not easy, but these make it a bit more comfortable, and every little bit helps when you are taking care of babies and trying to recover your self,” shared another.
