The full basement has a climatized wine cellar, a laundry room, and a home gym. On the garden level, there’s an enormous limestone-clad kitchen and breakfast room. The parlor level features 11-foot ceilings and a formal living room. Occupying the entire third floor, the master suite has 6-foot southern windows, window seats and storage, and a gas fireplace. The walk-in closet in the master suite and dressing room is so large that it can also be a nursery or home office. On the top floor there are two bedrooms, a dressing room, and a sky-lit guest room.

Swank and her husband at the time, Lowe, purchased the townhouse for $3.9 million in 2002, according to the New York Post. They later sold it in 2006 for $8.25 million. Brokers Christopher Kromer and Nora Ariffin currently have the Halstead Real Estate listing.
