Homes near Wembley Stadium launching in S'pore

Quintain Estates will launch its new London residential development dubbed North West Village at Wembley Park this weekend (15-16 March) at the Four Seasons Hotel.

The first phase of the project, Emerald Gardens, comprises 475 apartments spread across seven buildings and is set around an acre of private landscaped gardens. Each tower will consist of studios as well as one- and two-bedrooms. Construction on the first three blocks will start this summer with its completion date in 2016.

Located in Wembley Park, home to the famous Wembley Stadium, the area has undergone significant regeneration and since end-2013, there are now new shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Maxwell James, Chief Executive of Quintain, said, "The launch of North West Village in Singapore is a significant milestone in Quintain's transformation of Wembley Park into a vibrant and dynamic new community in London. It has already become a thriving destination attracting millions of visitors every year, and will soon become home to a community of thousands of new residents."

Meanwhile, luxury Edinburgh development Quartermile will showcase its latest phase of apartments, City Meadows, at the Four Seasons Hotel on 29 to 30 March.

City Meadows features 98 one- to three-bedroom apartments, while a four-bedroom penthouse is also available.
