IU, Suzy and Jung Gyu Woon to MC 2012 SBS Gayo Awards
SBS has decided on its MCs for this year’s gayo awards.
The broadcasting station revealed on December 26 that a trio of top stars including IU, miss A’s Suzy and Jung Gyu Woon would oversee MC duties for this year’s 2012 Gayo Awards.
For close friends IU and Suzy, it won’t be the first time they are carrying out MC duties with IU currently one of the MCs for SBS’ Inkigayo while Suzy most recently was co-MC with Shin Dong Yeop for the 2012 KBS Variety Awards.
This year’s 2012 SBS Gayo Awards are especially being looked forward to for its ‘The Color of K-Pop’ special in which a slew of K-Pop idol members have been recast into two male and two female groups and will perform at the awards ceremony.
The 2012 SBS Gayo Awards will take place and air live from Korea University at 8:45 p.m. on December 29.
