The Iveria, a 51-unit freehold residential project at 2 Kim Yam Road in prime District 9, is set to open for sales preview on Saturday (9 November).
Jointly developed by Macly Group and Lim Wen Heng Holdings, the project offers three bedroom + study units with sizes ranging from 904 square feet (sq ft) to 947 sq ft. Unit prices start from $2.35 million, but there’s an additional 3% early bird discount during the preview sales period.
Expected to obtain TOP in December 2022, The Iveria has a site area of 14,691.78 sq ft and a built-up gross floor area of 53,537 sq ft.
