While viewers might remember Kelly Osbourne often joking around with her brother Jack Osbourne on the hit MTV reality show The Osbournes, he’s not her only sibling.

In fact, Kelly has five total siblings: Jack and Aimee Osbourne from dad Ozzy Osbourne’s long-lasting marriage to mom Sharon Osbourne, as well as two half-siblings, Jessica and Louis, whom the Black Sabbath singer shares with his first wife, Thelma Riley. After Ozzy and Thelma wed, he also helped raise her son Elliot from a previous relationship but it's unknown if they remain in contact.

Despite them all being born in England, Aimee, Kelly and Jack mainly grew up in Los Angeles with Ozzy and Sharon, while Jessica, Louis and Elliot stayed behind with their mom.

Kelly doesn’t often talk about her older siblings, but she works closely with Jack on the revived The Osbournes podcast following a five-year hiatus, with the two siblings hopping back behind the microphone alongside their parents.

On the personal front, Jack, who’s been sober since 2003, has also been a constant support system for Kelly throughout her ups and downs of sobriety and helped her come up with a plan after relapsing in 2021.

"We've turned something so ugly into something that's actually really beautiful," Kelly said on Red Table Talk about her and Jack’s sobriety journey together.

Here’s everything to know about Kelly Osbourne’s five siblings — Aimee, Jack, Jessica, Louis and Elliot — and their relationship with the TV personality.

Before Ozzy wed Sharon in 1982, he was married to his first wife, Thelma, and they welcomed two children together, Jessica and Louis. During their relationship, Black Sabbath was taking off, and his struggle with drugs and alcohol kept him from having a consistent relationship with his daughter and son.

Though Jessica later admitted in Jack's 2011 documentary, God Bless Ozzy Osbourne, that she doesn't have many memories of Ozzy from when she was growing up, it seems she keeps in contact with Kelly and her other siblings.

There haven’t been many public interactions between them, likely because Jessica and Louis were raised in England while Kelly, Aimee and Jack was brought up in the U.S.

Yet despite the distance, Louis told Birmingham Live in 2013 that he got along well with his half-siblings and said the family tries to “meet on special occasions."

All of the Osbourne kids take after their dad, Ozzy, in one important way: They’re in show business.

Aimee followed in their father's footsteps and is a singer-songwriter for the band ARO — named after her initials, with the "R" standing for Rachel. She draws from her upbringing and life experiences for her lyrics, including the band’s 2015 debut song "Raining Gold.”

"I wanted the song to touch on how overwhelming and isolating it feels to be constantly misunderstood and the importance of choosing to break free from that and just believing in yourself," she told Rolling Stone in 2015.

Since then, Aimee has continued releasing music, including her 2020 album Vacare Adamaré and 2022 single "Against Mine."

Meanwhile, Jack has a long history of hosting TV shows, including paranormal shows on the Travel Channel, like Jack Osbourne's Night of Terror and The Osbournes Want To Believe, the latter of which featured Kelly and their parents. Currently, he's hosting the podcast Ghosts and Grit after launching it in the fall of 2023.

He’s also a movie producer and has focused mostly on his parents as his subjects. In 2021, Variety reported that Jack and Aimee would produce a movie for Sony Pictures focused on their dad and mom's love story, led by the family company Osbourne Media.

Through it, Jack has also produced NatGeo Wild’s series Alpha Dogs and the documentary Biography: The Nine Lives of Ozzy Osbourne, which headlined the 2020 SXSW Film Festival, according to the outlet.

Jessica is a former actress and Louis used to DJ

On the small screen, Kelly's half-sister Jessica worked as an actress for about a decade, most recently appearing in Better Call Saul (2015), Manhattan (2015) and The Messengers (2015), according to IMDb.

She’s also credited as a second assistant director, production accountant and production coordinator on several projects.

As for Kelly's half-brother, Louis works in music as an artist manager through All Night Artists, a management company he started in 2015 for electronic music artists, per his LinkedIn. He was previously an international club DJ for 20 years, performing in Ibiza near Spain and Frankfurt, Germany.

According to the Irish Examiner, Louis prefers to keep a low profile in favor of his professional work.

"If I completely cheese it out on the media front I will get no credibility in the underground market, which is my bread and butter," he said.

Kelly leans on Jack as her “biggest confidant”

Though they come from a big family, Kelly and Jack have a strong bond and the siblings are often seen spending time together. Ahead of becoming a mom alongside her musician boyfriend Sid Wilson, Kelly opened up about what a large role Jack plays in her life.

“He's actually my biggest confidant," she told Entertainment Tonight in 2022. "My first phone calls every single day."

The former Fashion Police host also expressed her admiration for Jack as a father to his four daughters, whom he shares with his ex-wife Lisa Stelly and now-wife Aree Gearhart: Pearl, Andy, Minnie and Maple.

“He's the best dad, and he's so hands-on with them. ... If I'm half as good a parent as my brother is, I will be great,” she shared with the outlet.

After her son Sidney was born in 2022, Kelly posted a selfie with Jack on Instagram captioned with a sweet quote celebrating him as an uncle. Apart from their daily lives, the siblings enjoy spending holidays with their parents and families, including Halloween 2023.

The popular MTV show that brought viewers into the home of the Osbournes didn’t include Aimee, who opted out of starring in it.

"Back then, I still felt I was trying to figure out who I was in the chaos of family life, so why on earth would I want that portrayed on television?" Aimee told The Independent in 2015. "I wanted to protect myself, my parents, my siblings, too. They were very young, very impressionable."

According to Aimee, she lost the family discussions when her parents and siblings voted to do the show, so she moved out of the family home where filming took place for four seasons.

Years later, Sharon admitted that she felt guilt over her daughter needing to relocate before she was ready. "She felt too that she didn't want to grow up on camera," Sharon said of Aimee during a 2018 episode of The Talk. "And so she left at 16 and I regret every day that she did."

In her interview with The Independent, Aimee echoed her mom’s thoughts about moving out too soon. "Obviously, I would have liked to stay at home a little longer, but it wasn't to be," she said.

While Ozzy and Sharon’s two younger kids are close, Kelly is open about the fact that she and her older sister, Aimee, don't always keep in touch.

In a 2021 appearance on Dax Shepard’s podcast Armchair Expert, Kelly explained the reason for their lack of communication. "We're just really different. She doesn't understand me and I don't understand her," she said.

Aimee has also touched on the topic in the past, revealing that while she's close to her parents, it's not the same with her siblings. The singer told The Independent in 2015 that she “wouldn't say there is an ease between us, but there is an acceptance.”

At the time, Aimee confirmed they don’t talk much. “Do we socialise? No," she added.

Kelly's older half-brother Louis married his wife, Louise (née Lennon), on New Year’s Eve in 2003, according to the Irish Examiner. The two met when Louis traveled to L.A. to celebrate Ozzy's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The newspaper reported that the couple married at a church and held their reception in a castle in Ireland, where the bride is originally from.

Two decades later, Louis announced he was running the 2023 London Marathon in support of the British Liver Trust to honor Louise’s struggles with a rare liver condition.

In a post on JustGiving.com, he explained how his wife was diagnosed in June 2020 and called running the race in support of the charity a “no brainer.” He raised over £3,600 in donations ahead of the April 2023 competition.

“In the past 2.5 years we have spent more time than we'd like in the liver wards at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, and I have seen how very ill the people on those wards are, some of whom we've become friends with,” he wrote. “I'm doing this for Lou Lou xxx.”
