KGuard Security, Nanotec Brings New Surveillance Camera Systems to PH
KGuard Security, in partnership with the distributor Nanotec, recently held an event where new surveillance camera systems were introduced to the Philippine market.
Among the product lineups that were introduced include the Aurora Series and the Mars Series.
The Aurora Series consists of combo kits comprised of a 4-, 8-, or 16-channel digital video recorder (DVR) with HDMI output. Some outdoor camera models included in the Aurora Series are the HZ213A featuring a 5-megapixel CMOS image sensor, 3.6mm fixed lens, auto-tracking function, and up to 30m (98ft) night vision; and the HW37E featuring a 1/3” color CCD sensor, 3.6mm fixed lens, and up to 20m (65ft) night vision. Surveillance cameras in the Series are capable of recording videos at 960 x 480 resolution.
The Mars Series consists of a 4-channel network video recorder (NVR) combo kit with HDMI output and a surveillance camera that can capture 720p videos. The Series also highlights Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) function and up to 30m (98ft) night vision. The Mars Series as well as the Aurora Series are compatible with DropBox and have QR code scanning and viewing feature.
KGuard Security claims that outputs produced by their cameras are clear, large, and sharp in terms of quality. They can be perfectly viewed on widescreen displays.
KGuard Security surveillance cameras come with a storage appliance where captured images are stored on a physical hard drive. With this complete setup, users are not required to buy a separate storage solutions such as a NAS appliance, resulting in ensured compatibility and savings. KGuard Security’s bundled storage appliances are as compact as a typical DVD player. This compact size makes them suitable for homes and commercial facilities with limited space.
KGuard Security solutions also allow users to harness the capabilities of the cloud, enabling them to store captured images through the Internet and use free cloud space via DropBox, KCloud, and Google Drive. Additionally, KGuard Security has a simple application, KView, which allows users to manage and view their surveillance cameras locally and remotely.
