Kim Kardashian stepped out in a glamorous, avant-garde Balenciaga look to be honored at Homeboy Industries’ 2024 Lo Maximo Awards And Fundraising Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday.

Wearing the label’s Draped Pantabodysuit, the look was made complete with attached shoes. The shoe portion of the bodysuit is in the Balenciaga’s sharp, pointed-toe Knife silhouette, appearing like a fitted sock boot. The entire bodysuit is made out of matte black spandex, and the shoe features a stiletto heel with a 4.3-inch arch.

The Draped Pantabodysuit is from Balenciaga’s fall ’24 collection. Beyond the drama of the attached stilettos, the one-shoulder sleeveless bodycon bodysuit features a long draped panel that falls from one side of the knotted waistband. She topped it with another elegant item from the collection, the faux fur Off Shoulder Coat.

Kardashian was one of four honorees at the non-profit’s star-studded fundraising gala, which was hosted by Jane Fonda, along with Lisa Ling, Camilla Belle and Rainn Wilson. The impactful Los Angeles organization, which provides formerly incarcerated or gang-involved people with work training and opportunities, celebrated the reality TV star’s work using her massive platform and influence to support criminal justice reform. She was named their Kinship Honoree.

Bobby Martinez and Pamela Diaz, both of whom participated in Homeboy Industries’ work training program in the past, where also honored, along with Sean Kennedy, the Executive Director Of The Loyola Law School Center For Juvenile Law & Policy.

At the gala, Kardashian posed with Fonda, Grammy-winning producer Babyface (who performed at the event), and Homeboy Founder Father Greg Boyle.

Kim Kardashian x Balenciaga

Kim Kardashian has a long-running relationship with Balenciaga and officially joined as a brand ambassador in January. She regularly wears their boldest and most glam designs on and off the red carpet and is often credited with popularizing the brand’s sock shoes and pantaboots. She even walked her first Paris Fashion Week show on the Balenciaga runway during Paris Haute Couture Week in 2022. Among her countless iconic, viral Balenciaga moments, perhaps one of the most memorable is the fully-masked all-black Pantaboot look she wore at the 2021 Met Gala, alongside the brand’s provocateur and creative director, Demna.

About Balenciaga

Balenciaga was founded by Spanish courtier Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1919 in San Sebastian, Spain and has since moved its headquarters to Paris. Since 2015, the fashion house has been under the playful creative direction of luxury fashion troller Demna, who often finds inspiration in unexpected shapes from pop culture, like chip bags, Starbucks cups, Ikea totes and “dad” shoes. Balenciaga has famously collaborated with Crocs to create super-platformed and stilettoed versions of their foam clog, along with Vibram and Adidas on sporty sock boots.
