Kylie Jenner's Rhinestoned, Itsy-Bitsy Bikini Is Actually Vintage Chanel
It's only February but we've got our sights firmly set on summer, thanks to Kylie Jenner who just put her own spin on the itsy-bitsy bikini trend.
Taking to Instagram to share a series of very enviable holiday snaps, Kylie posed on a sun-lounger wearing a bejewelled, neon bikini. The two-piece bikini is made up of a pink and blue triangle top with lime green thong-style bottoms, covered in rhinestones, of course. On the back of the bikini bottoms, the rhinestones form the shape of – you guessed it – the Chanel logo.
'Many shiny stones in the bikini and a hottie dressed in it!' one follower wrote in the comments section, as another simply posted a string of fire emojis. 'YOU LOOK SO GOOD!' another fan commented, with a fourth writing: 'NEW LOCK SCREEN.'
Naturally, fans (read: us) eagerly headed to Google to find out how to shop this bikini, only to discover it's a 1995 vintage! 'A rare and iconic Swarovski embellished crystal bikini modelled in the spring 1995 runway show that features a thong style bottom emblazoned with the Chanel interlocking logo,' vintage fashion site El Cylèr said of the piece, adding that the bikini was designed by Karl Lagerfeld for Chanel.
