Lee Hyun to Enter Army on October 8

8eight′s Lee Hyun will be saying goodbye to his fans for a few years to serve his military duties as an active officer.



The singer will enter the Nonsan Training Camp on October 8, receive five weeks of training and serve for the remaining 21 months as a soldier in the army.

He will be leaving behind the stage he stood on since 2007, the year he debuted with his group 8eight and its first album The First. He is the leader of 8eight and is known for his explosive vocals, leaving big impressions for his feats with the project group Homme and his solo ventures. He recently sang the single My Heart Aches as the OST for the drama A Gentleman′s Dignity.

Lee Hyun recently released a single titled Senseless Me, and even while he′s serving he plans to entertain his fans with new singles he recorded before his enlistment.
