Li Bingbing wins two awards in London

20 May - Li Bingbing has recently been awarded with two accolades at the 3rd China International Film Festival London.

As reported on BBC UK, the actress, who came directly from Cannes to attend the event held at the Royal Festival Hall in Southbank Centre, London, accepted two awards, "The Most Influential Star Overseas" and "Best Actress", for her role in "Zhong Kui: Snow Girl and the Dark Crystal".

"As an actress, I hope to use my performance to promote Chinese films to overseas' audiences," said the actress in her acceptance speech. "I hope next year, I will get the opportunity to participate more actively in the future event."

Best actor: Zhang Hanyu, for "The Taking of Tiger Mountain"
